Positive: I always stay here when I can, the location is great. San Pedro market is across the street and it is also a quick walk to the Plaza De Armas. I travel with my 4 year old son and having room service and the restaurant available after a long day of travel is wonderful, the one time they were full and I went somewhere else it was so hard to find food with a tree and hungry child I do not want to do that again. My son also was ill the last time we visited cusco and stayed here, the staff asked if I wanted a doctor and they called and had one come quickly. I travel back and forth a lot and always try to stay here if there is availability.

Negative: I have not found anything I do not like.

Summary: Great place to stay the staff is amazing, I will always stay here when I visit Cusco.

Positive: Location was excellent, not far from Plaza Armas, the main square and just across from San Pedro Market. Beautifully maintained hotel inside and box breakfasts were available on 2 occasions when I had early morning trips. Very helpful and friendly staff, great experience.

Negative: nothing

Summary: Excellent Historic hotel in central location, good value for money and friendly staff.

Positive: The staff were friendly, it was clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious

Negative: The room was on the top floor the height was too low we felt kinda suffocated, it didn’t have a window but it was acceptable for one night. There were the three of us so other rooms may be bigger and the ceiling higher

Positive: I like hotels better than Airbnbs and Amerindia was a very good hotel. The Manager is kind and very accommodating, even went out of his way to find a lost water bottle, and gave us heaters as it was really cold for us. Packed breakfast was prepared for us when we did the tour of Montan̈a de 7 Colores. Cheers to all the staff of Amerindia, I highly recommend this hotel.

Negative: Street noise can sometimes bother your sleep. Guess this is the trade off for its right in the center location. We slept very well though as rhe beds and pillows are very good.

Positive: The hotel is nice, clean and represent a typical cultural place of Cuzco. The people are lovely and friendly. The price can be adjusted a little be lower. However our experience was great. Lovely and helpful personal.
